-- i got to spend monday morning kayaking out on the river. i'm pretty sure there is no better way to start off a new week.
-- receiving snail mail from a friend just because they wanted to use their harry potter stamps. the best.
-- getting to skype for the first time with said friend. y'all, amy and i have been blogger friends for a year now and just got around to actually talking for the first time. now to plan a trip to charleston for a blogger meet up :)
-- alex and i spent saturday shopping and crafting for our sweet abbey's bridal shower coming up in april. can't wait to show you the final product once everyone is put together! :) it's so cute.
-- game nights and game days spent with old friends including a hilarious round of apples to apples. important question: do you play the serious card or the funny card? i go for funny.

how was your weekend?
Yay, I'm glad you got to Skype with Amy! I did, too, this weekend and let's just say it was wayyyy less awkward than I thought. :) Now I've just got to schedule more Skype dates and blogger dates, too!
And as for the Etsy swap deadline, I'm glad you said yours won't be mailed out by this week. I'm still waiting on one of mine and was just about to contact you! I'm hoping I can get it all together in the next day or two and will send it out asap. :)
SO GLAD we got to facetime this weekend - i mean seriously, how has this NOT happened before? hahaha. and girl yes i'm so pumped for you to come down - holllllaaaaaaaaaa
man oh man, you would think etsy shipping would be on point right now because it is supposed to be "the slow season" but...things are taking a little longer than expected - i'm with you!!
I love blogger friends. I recently got a phone number (!) and it's crazy and awesome to talk to a stranger as if I met them in class or something. I love kayaking!
I think I would be too scared to commit to skype. But you guys are awesome so maybe not...
I got to meet up with a blogger friend for the first time this weekend! It was so wonderful:) You should definitely try to meet up with your friend in Charleston :)
I can't wait to see all your creations for the baby shower! Blogger meet ups are the best! I was nervous for my first blogger meet-up, but it was so fun!

Kaysie--I was super nervous about Skyping and such but it's wayyyy less awkward than it seems! It was actually really nice to connect a voice to a blogger and I loved being able to talk about blogging with someone who actually understands what I'm talking about. :) We should Skype sometime!
