I am a dog person. Always have been, and I always will be. I love how dogs have their own unique and quirky personalities just like people do. Our dogs fully enjoy life and love unconditionally. It's been a while since I gave y'all a puppy update, and really not much has changed except for the fact that both of our pups have more grey hair and get cuter every day. ;)

Sitting in mama's lap during morning quiet times
Popcorn (all day erry day)
Pretending to be annoyed by Shadow
Sneak attacking Shadow when she least expects it
Longs naps in the sunshine
Walks at the greenway

Our sweet Ceilidh girl is grayer and grayer every day, and I get really sad if I think too much about the day she will no longer be around. She has a certain maturity about her, and has always been the more proper of the two...always crossing her front paws like a lady. Ha! She has seriously been doing that since she was a wee babe. She's the polar opposite of Shadow who is a completely wild ragamuffin of an adorable dog. Shadow is honestly one of the weirdest dogs I have ever known and we love her for it.

Being outside
Bopping Ceilidh on the head
Sitting in your lap
Emptying the toy basket all at once
Going on car rides

How about you? Are you an animal lover? What pets do you/have you had? Or what pets do you wish you had? Have a funny animal story? Leave it in the comments below!

Your dogs are so cute!

I grew up with two dogs and I always been a dog person. When my old boy (the dog who grew up with me) passed away, I found a 1 month old kitten abandoned along a busy and dangerous street, crying out loud and nobody helping her. So we took her with us at home and she actually helped me to tackle the grief for my loss, now she's my best friend and I love her so so much. Her name is Trilli (the way we call Tinker Bell here in Italy) :)

Shadows legs look so tiny because of her furry body... I think it is super cute!

Haha I know! She is seriously super skinny all over. You just can't tell because of all of her hair! She looks so tiny when I shave her in the summer.

Yes! And I love that about them.

Oh I love this story! So sad about your old pup. That is always so hard. But I love that you had a little kitty to help you through!

These photos are so precious! My house was always the neighborhood zoo growing up. We had so many pets! Right now I just have a cat, but a dog is on our list as soon as we get a yard. :)
