WEEKEND UPDATE

RECAPS
1 | Name in lights. We were welcomed at Blue Sky with this beautiful sign (thanks, Tyler) and I squealed like a little girl. I'm pretty certain that was the one and only time in my life my name will be lit up on an adorable marquee. It was the best. This was a weekend full of magical moments, new friends, and lots of surprises.

2 | Scrat attack. Guys, Scrat has always been one of my favorite parts about the Ice Age movies. I remember seeing the movies with my mom and the both of us laughing until we cried at all of the Scrat moments. Sam and I had to stop and grab a quick pic with him during our time at Blue Sky!

3 | We just met. Flying to New York and spending a weekend with a couple you've never met might not sound like everyone's cup of tea, but it seems to be the thing I do these days, and I love it. After far too long, I'm now real life friends with the Kakacs and our weekend could not have been more fun! LOTS more to come about New York. :)

4 | Mystic Pizza. Who drives two hours on a rainy Saturday for pizza? This girl! Have you been to Mystic?
