THE PUZZLE FUNDRAISER - ROUND #2

 

Happy New Year! 

Thank you so much for your overwhelming support and encouragement about our next adoption! Once again, Jesus has used you to remind us of His plan for us and His faithfulness to us. 

As we mentioned in our announcement, domestic adoption is quite expensive, and most families who adopt need to fundraise in order to cover expenses. Many of you have already graciously asked how you can support us financially on this journey towards bringing a precious new member into our family, and we are so humbled by that. 

We are praying that between fundraisers, applying for grants, and working our side jobs, we will be able to cover $40,0000-$50,000 of our adoption expenses. It feels like a pretty large goal to reach, but we know that Jesus provided before, and we trust He'll do it again.

So here we are announcing our next puzzle fundraiser! We have this lovely 1000 piece puzzle (pictured above) that we have chosen for our adoption. We searched for months for a puzzle that would feel meaningful to us. When we laid eyes on this one, we knew right away. It sang "All creatures of our God and King" and "All things bright and beautiful", and we love the truth and beauty in both of those hymns for our next baby. 

"He gave us eyes to see them, and lips that we might tell how great is God Almighty, who has made all things well." 

"Let all things their Creator bless, and worship Him in humbleness; O praise Him! Alleluia!" 

We pray that our kids learn to cherish all things the Lord has made, including themselves. We pray they use the eyes the Lord has given them to see His works and to tell the world about their Creator. And we pray that they will come to know Him at a young age, living lives rooted in Him, bringing Him all the glory. 

HOW DOES A PUZZLE FUNDRAISER WORK? 

1. We are "selling" each piece for $25. You can purchase 1, 2, 3 or 10! There is no limit. 

2. To purchase your piece(s), you can send funds through our Paypal link: paypal.me/klackneradoption, Venmo @klackneradoption, or mail a check -- please send us an email at shaneandmeganklackner@gmail.com for our address. 

3. Once purchased, we'll write your name on the back of your puzzle piece(s).

4. When every single piece has been "sold", we'll frame the finished puzzle and hang it in our future child's room so that they'll always know who has been a part of his or her incredible story. 

However you are supporting our adoption journey, through prayer and/or finances, we are incredibly grateful for the role you are playing in bringing our baby home. We can't say "thank you" enough!
