AUTUMN BUCKET LIST. | THE KLACKNERS

AUTUMN BUCKET LIST.

I am a list maker. I love writing out everything I need to complete for a project, or everything I need to pack for a trip, or everything I need to pick up at the grocery store. Some people get overwhelmed by lists because all they can see are the things they have to complete. Not me. Lists keep me organized and less stressed because they help me stay on track! It brings me unexplainable joy to be able to check something off the list. I know, I'm a nerd.

As you all know, autumn is my favorite. And because I get more done when I've made a list, I created my bucket list for my favorite season of the year! There's a lot to do, so I better get busy!

1 | Visit a pumpkin patch.

2 | Carve or paint pumpkins.

3 | Host a game night and smores night. Time to break out that fire pit!

4 | Take a long drive just to look at the leaves.

5 | Make an apple pie.

6 | Complete one fall-inspired craft.

7 | Go for a hike on a crisp autumn day.

8 | Go out of my way to step on crunchy leaves.

9 | Create a gratitude jar.

10 | Make a delicious Thanksgiving dish.

11 | Have a Harry Potter marathon.

12 | Visit the apple orchard.

13 | Sit outside and breathe deeply...maybe go hammocking?

14 | Go stargazing.

15 | Take a getaway to the mountains.

WHAT'S ON YOUR AUTUMN BUCKET LIST?

Yes! Stepping on crunchy leaves. I will forever crush them as hard as I can. And look like a dork while doing it. Doesn't matter... it's FUN!

Pumpkin painting, baking apple pies and a Harry Potter marathon?!?! Sounds like a great fall bucket list!

For the past two years I've watched all the Harry Potter movies in the month of September and I think it's time to call it a tradition. Now I'm aiming at getting my roommates to watch them for the first time!

Sigh. I wish I could spend Thanksgiving with you again this year. It was so much fun last time! BUT I will see you 2 weeks later at DISNEY!!!!

Meg McIlvaine said...

Haha!! I forget things all the time. Lists definitely help! Hope you have a fantastic autumn. :)

Meg McIlvaine said...

Eeeeps. Me too!

Meg McIlvaine said...

Hahaha. I tend to do that with words a lot. :) Our apple orchard isn't one where you go pick your own (I wish it were!) but there ARE orchards there behind the little shop. We always get apple cider slushies and they are DELICIOUS.

Meg McIlvaine said...

I know!! I was leaving my driveway this morning and thought "what is that sound??" It was all the leaves crunching under the tires. THE BEST.

Meg McIlvaine said...

Oh that is so fun, Marissa! Make it an official tradition! I think I'm going to start the HP movies this weekend. It's supposed to only be a high of 66 on Saturday! I can't wait!

Meg McIlvaine said...

Thanks girl! I completely agree!

Meg McIlvaine said...

Yeah!! It doesn't matte what you look like crunching leaves because it is so fun! :)

Meg McIlvaine said...

I have heard about it, but never played!

And yeah, girl! Come on over!

I am a list maker too. I have a terrible memory, so I literally need to write things down to get them done - even fun things! This list is super fun and makes me want to go out and celebrate the season! Happy Fall!
