WEEKEND UPDATE.

RECAPS
1| Dr. Who? We had a fun surprise for core group this week! Emma (our current med student and future doctor) was in town on fall break, so we got to see her and catch up!

2| Snail Mail. I got fun snail mail from two of my besties this week! I felt so loved! I especially loved getting some animation swag! How fun is it to have a friend whose husband is an animator? It's super fun!

3| Praying consistently. Prayer and praying consistently has been on my mind a lot lately. I have been inspired and encouraged this summer by a couple of friends who are also learning a lot about prayer and teaching me a lot in the process. We are all always going through something, whether it's painful, difficult, confusing, exciting, etc. and we need prayer for all of the situations! I'm thankful for friends and family who pray for me on a regular basis and I want to do the same for them.

4| Family time. My brother and sister-in-law came in town last night and are here for two days! Who knows what adventures we'll go on. :)

Yeah for having family in town! My cousin is currently visiting me and it's so nice to have her here and explore my city through her eyes. Have a wonderful time with your brother and his wife :)

Those ombre pumpkins are crazy cool! I might have to try that this year. I'm weird and I'm not super jazzed about carving pumpkins but painting pumpkins is always fun!

Ah! I know! When I worked at camp, we played quidditch with our campers! It was so fun and we have great pictures from it!

I know! Sometimes I'm in the mood to carve pumpkins and other times not. I painted mine last year and loved it! I think I'll go that route again.
