For those of you that know me, you know I LOVE music. I love good, creative lyrics and melodies. When words fail, music is what moves me. I love this music video. David Crowder and his people are incredibly gifted. Not only that, but he writes amazing songs that are full of truth.
The whole song is wonderful, but I love the last line of the chorus.

Can you overcome this heart that's overcome? So simple, yet so profound. It is often that I feel overcome, but it is amazing to know the Lord is strong enough to overcome THAT. He shines His light and shows His love to me. This song reminds me that I'm not the only one who has ever felt overcome. Christ should shine through us as well as we love those around us, comfort the hurting, and hold out Christ's love to them.
So listen, go forth, and shine like stars in the universe.
Oh my gosh. I have been in LOVE with this video as soon as they posted it brand new on their twitter. you should look up the background about it. it's too legit. it took forever and a ton of people and a ton of light pegs haha. crazy stuff.
